The Outcome
It became clearly obvious that finalised scope needed to be clarified and a design agreed upon for the scope of the works to be costed against. The designer was appointed and the design was approved.
As this building was occupied, at the request of the Body Corporate the pool and gym were to be accessible to all tenants during the amenities upgrade. The building management also had strict access, noisy works, lift usage and rubbish removal policies which all had to be adhered to.
All was achieved with minimal impact to the tenants’ access and works completed over the agreed stages.
